We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services at any time and for any reason, including if we believe that you have violated this Agreement or our policies. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by discontinuing your use of our services.
We provide our services "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, representations, or guarantees of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prores.ai, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, demand, or damage, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of our services, your content, or your violation of this Agreement.
This Agreement and any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kentucky, without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection to this Agreement/Prores.ai shall be finally settled by arbitration in the state of Prores.ai’s choosing, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
You acknowledge that our resume generation service is powered by artificial intelligence and machine learning technology, which may result in variations in the quality, accuracy, and performance of the resumes generated.
We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. You are responsible for reviewing these terms and conditions periodically to ensure that you are aware of any changes. Your continued use of our services after any modification to these terms and conditions constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you should discontinue your use of our services.
